Our league is made up of single ladies, professional women, and stay at home moms. There is a place for everyone here. We are looking for women with an interest in voluntarism, commitment to community service, and have an interest in developing her potential for voluntary community participation. The Junior Service League is a charitable organization whose purpose is to promote volunteerism and to provide training, education and learning opportunities for its members in order to increase their effective participation in community affairs. Each candidate for membership must be considered in light of her ability to further this purpose.
The candidate must have reached her 24th birthday by September 1st of the year in which she is proposed.
A candidate must reside within the LaGrange admission area (defined as the geographic area lying within a 30-mile radius of the LaGrange city limits).
Interest in volunteerism, Commitment to community service, Interest in developing her potential for voluntary community participation.
Transfers from other leagues are welcome!
